Synopsis: Season 5 introduces a new “Rescue-Webs” story arc in which Team Spidey tackles even more daring rescues with their new Spidey-themed firetruck and rescue gear while teaming up with Rocket, Groot, Mr. Fantastic and Silk along the way.

Season 5 also introduces Symbie, a symbiote who wreaks havoc on Team Spidey. Symbie made his debut in the “Meet Symbie” short.

A total of 10 new shorts are now available on Disney+. The shorts will also roll out on the Disney Jr. and Marvel HQ YouTube channels.

Harrison Wilcox, Bart Jennett and Chris Moreno are executive producers, alongside Becca Topol, who serves as producer/story editor, and Steve Grover as supervising producer. Patrick Stump, singer of Fall Out Boy, is the series’ songwriter and composer.
