‘Rick and Morty: The Anime’ Official Trailer, Release Date, Synopsis, Japanese Cast List and U.S. Tour Information

Release date: The English-language version premieres August 15, 2024 at midnight on Adult Swim, with the subtitled version in Japanese to follow on August 17, 2024.

Synopsis: In this 10-episode anime series from the world of Rick and Morty, Rick relaxes in a pseudo-world between multiverses, Summer helps Space Beth fight the evil Galactic Federation, and Morty falls in love with a mysterious girl who happens to be an atemporal being.

The cross-country tour kicks off at San Diego Comic-Con, with more cities to follow and ending in Adult Swim’s hometown of Atlanta, GA. All dates and locations can be found at rickmobile.com.

Netflix Series ‘The Creature Cases’ Makes Its Linear Television Debut On Nickelodeon

Release date: Season one begins airing July 1, 2024 at noon on Nickelodeon.

Synopsis: The Creature Cases explores the adventures of brilliant sleuths Sam Snow and Kit Casey, agents of CLADE (Covert League of Animal Detective Experts), as they travel the globe solving mind-boggling mysteries that mix real zoological facts with thrilling detective action.

‘Bluey Minisodes’ Trailer and Release Date: Mum, Dad, Bingo and Bluey Return In New Series Of Mini Episodes

Release date: The first seven episodes will begin streaming July 3, 2024 on Disney+ and rolling out on Disney Jr. and Disney Channel throughout the week.

The episodes releasing from July 3 are:

Burger Dog – The kids want to dance to some annoying music but Dad pretends his battery on his phone is flat until Mum phones him.

Bingo 3000 – Dad has bought a brand new Bingo 3000 robot, but it’s not working, so he has to call technical support.

Muffin Unboxing – Stripe is filming Muffin unboxing a dump truck toy, but Muffin is struggling to stay focused.

Letter – Nana reads an old story that Bandit wrote from when he was five. The kids find this hilarious as Nana is reading out the words exactly as they are spelt.

Hungry – Dad is hungry so he pretends to eat Bluey.

Three Pigs – Dad retells the story of the three little pigs. In this version the pigs and the wolf eventually become friends.

Animals – Mum is playing the animal game on Bingo’s back. She pretends Bingo’s back is a big field, and various animals walk, jump and dart across it, making Bingo laugh.

The new Bluey mini episodes, ranging from one to three minutes, are written by Bluey creator Joe Brumm and produced by Australia’s Ludo Studio.

The second batch of Bluey Minisodes will premiere later this year, followed by the final batch in 2025.

Netflix Hypes Up ‘Exploding Kittens’ With A New Trailer Full Of Mayhem and Destruction

Release date: July 12, 2024 on Netflix.

Synopsis: Earth sucks, so God gets fired and sent to Earth to reconnect with humanity. The catch? He’s trapped in the body of a chubby house cat.

As part of his rehabilitation, he moves in with a dysfunctional family and tries to solve their problems, but ends up spending a lot of time chasing laser pointers.

And to top it off, Godcat’s next-door neighbor, who is also a cat, turns out to be none other than his nemesis, the Antichrist.

Based on the best-selling card game, Exploding Kittens is an animated comedy series from Shane Kosakowski and Matthew Inman (co-creator of the card game). The series is also executive produced by Mike Judge (King of the Hill) and Greg Daniels (The Office).

‘WondLa’ Official Trailer, Release Date, Synopsis and Cast List: Best-Selling Book Series ‘The Search for WondLa’ Gets Animated Adaptation

Release date: June 28, 2024 on Apple TV+.

Synopsis: Eva is a curious, enthusiastic and spirited teenager being raised in a state-of-the-art underground bunker by Muthr, a robot caretaker.

On her 16th birthday, an attack on Eva’s bunker forces her onto the Earth’s surface, which is now inhabited by aliens and covered with otherworldly fauna, and there are no other humans to be found. In fact, it’s no longer called Earth, but Orbona.

Otto, a lovable giant waterbear with whom Eva shares telepathic powers, and Rovender, a cantankerous alien with a troubled past, join Eva as she leads the team on a dangerous quest to find humans, her home and her true destiny.

‘Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft’ Release Date Revealed: Hayley Atwell Stars in Animated Sequel to Video Game Trilogy

Release date: October 10, 2024 on Netflix.

Synopsis: Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft continues right after the events of the Survivor Trilogy of video games (Tomb Raider, Rise of the Tomb Raider and Shadow of the Tomb Raider) and finds Lara abandoning her friends to embark on increasingly more perilous solo adventures.

However, Lara must return home when a dangerous and powerful Chinese artifact is stolen from Croft Manor by a thief with an uncanny personal connection.

Her daring pursuit will take her on an adventure around the world and to the depths of forgotten tombs, where she will be forced to confront her true self and decide just what kind of hero she wants to become.
