Disney’s ‘Lilo & Scratch’ Animated Short to Screen Before ‘Hexed’ in Theaters

U.S. theatrical release date: November 25, 2026

Synopsis: Stitch may have finally met his match in Scratch, a mischievous and mysterious cat who Lilo introduces as the newest member of their ‘ohana.

While Lilo runs off to do some errands, Stitch is left in charge of this chaotic creature who leaves a wake of destruction in its path.

The short combines hand-drawn and CG animation, along with watercolor backgrounds.

Directed by Fawn Veerasunthorn and Malcon Pierce.

Lilo & Stitch, which has grossed over $1 billion at the global box office, will make its Disney+ debut 103 days after its theatrical release.

Synopsis: Stitch, an alien “puppy,” brings chaos to Hawaii as he helps a lonely girl named Lilo heal her broken family.
