Desperate to track down the traitor who sold him and his comrades out, the super soldier is accompanied by three killed-in-action squad mates, whose personalities have been stored in his gun, helmet and backpack.

Written and directed by Duncan Jones, whose films include Moon, Source Code, Warcraft and Mute.

Based on the comic strip created by Gerry Finley-Day and Dave Gibbons.

‘Dandelion’ Trailer, Release Date and Synopsis: Anime Based on Hideaki Sorachi’s Manga Comes to Netflix

Synopsis: Set within the Send-Off Department of the Japanese Angel Federation, Dandelion follows “Angels” Tetsuo Tanba and Misaki Kurogane as they scramble to track down Earthbound spirits — souls unable to move on and find peace — and gently guide them to pass on.

Tetsuo is a foul-mouthed man with a constant scowl who may seem apathetic at first glance, but shows deep compassion as he listens and offers support to spirits.

Misaki is the leader of the 21st Division’s Dandelion Clan. Despite her youthful, girl-like appearance, Misaki is a formidable force, rumored to have laid to rest the legendary soul of Musashi Miyamoto.

The angels find themselves struggling to meet their daily tasks. However, Tetsuo and Misaki choose to take things at their own pace: instead of rushing through cases, they take time with each spirit, listening to their regrets and helping them resolve what’s holding them back.

Currently in production at WIT Studio in collaboration with Shueisha, Toei Animation and Fuji Television Network, The One Piece reimagines the East Blue saga, providing a fresh yet familiar take on Eiichiro Oda’s manga.

Season 1 will cover approximately the first 50 chapters of the original manga, spanning seven episodes all at once with a total runtime of around 300 minutes, leading up to Luffy’s encounter with Sanji, the sous chef of the floating restaurant Baratie.

‘Inside Out Classic’: Rangers vs. Capitals NHL Game Gets Animated on ESPN+ and Disney Platforms

ESPN, Disney, Pixar and the National Hockey League (NHL) are teaming up to bring fans Inside Out Classic, a real-time, animated NHL telecast featuring the Washington Capitals vs. New York Rangers on Sunday, April 5 at 7 p.m. ET.

ESPN+, Disney+, Disney Channel, and Disney XD will present the real-time, animated telecast, while the traditional telecast will be available on ESPN.

Inside Out Classic will feature virtually created real-time animation of the action between the Washington Capitals and the New York Rangers modeled after characters from Pixar’s Inside Out franchise.

Inside Out voice talent will also be featured in the animated presentation, including Phyllis Smith (Sadness), Lewis Black (Anger), Tony Hale (Fear), and Maya Hawke (Anxiety).
