Synopsis: Every August 15, Paul, his family and their friends gather for their traditional summer picnic on Callot Island, off the coast of Brittany. But this year, the rising tide cuts them off from the mainland and forces them to spend the night on the island.

Caught between the carefree world of childhood and the tensions of the adults around him, Paul begins to see his family, and himself, differently.
