Untitled Pixar Movie That Takes You Inside The Mind Scheduled for 2014

Disney today announced a new film set for release May 30, 2014 jokingly refered to as “The Untitled Pixar Movie That Takes You Inside The Mind.” The official plot synopsis is as follows: From director Pete Docter comes an inventive new film that explores a world that everyone knows, but no one has seen: inside the human mind.

Pete Docter, director of Monsters, Inc. and Up, will be joined by co-director Ronnie del Carmen, who made his directorial debut with the Pixar short film Dug’s New Mission.

Untitled Pixar Dinosaur Movie Scheduled for 2013

Disney today announced a new film set for release November 27, 2013 jokingly refered to as “The Untitled Pixar Movie About Dinosaurs.” The official plot synopsis is as follows: What if that life-changing asteroid missed Earth? Director Bob Peterson’s tale depicts a world where dinosaurs never went extinct.

Bob Peterson has been with Pixar since Toy Story, and has since worked on A Bug’s Life, Toy Story 2, Monsters Inc, Finding Nemo and Up. He is also the voice of Dug the dog from Up, Mr. Ray from Finding Nemo, Roz from Monsters Inc and Geri from Geri’s Game. He co-directed Up with Pete Doctor and makes his full-blown ‘Directed By’ debut with this new dinosaur film.

Tim Burton’s ‘Frankenweenie’ Details and Logo

From director Tim Burton comes Frankenweenie, a tale about a boy and his dog. After unexpectedly losing his dog Sparky, young Victor harnesses the power of science to bring him back to life with just a few minor adjustments. He tries to hide his home-sewn canine but Sparky gets out and Victor’s classmates, teachers and the entire town all learn about Victor’s monstrous creation.

A stop-motion animated film, Frankenweenie will be filmed in black and white and rendered in 3D. Over 200 puppets and sets were created for the film. The release date is set for October 5, 2012
