The Incredibles 2 on the way?
At the San Francisco WonderCom, Brad Bird told the audience: “I love the characters and I would love to return to that world, but I think at Pixar, the bottom line is the story that you’re telling. And Pixar does not look at sequels as a financial plan. We feel we have a relation ship with the audience and that they believe in each movie we put out. We believe completely in every movie we put out. If I can come up with a story that is as good or better than that first film, then I’d love to return to that world, but it would have to be story first.”
This is why I love Pixar. They really care about story, something which is lacking in a lot of today’s animation.

Banned Cartoon: Donald Duck in ‘Der Fuehrer’s Face’
What do you get when you cross Donald Duck and Nazis? A banned cartoon, that’s what!
Banned Cartoon: The Spirit of 43
Nothing like a tax propaganda cartoon. This one’s from Disney and features Donald Duck.
Banned Cartoon: You’re a Sap, Mr. Jap
Here’s a banned Popeye cartoon with some WWII anti-Japanese propaganda.
Banned Cartoon: Coal Black and de Sebben Dwarfs
Here’s a banned 1943 Cartoon by Bob Clampett featuring a jazzy parody of “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.”
Banned Cartoon: Betty Boop in Making Stars
Here’s a banned 1935 Betty Boop cartoon titled “Betty Boop in Making Stars.” I think it will be pretty self explanatory as to why this was banned.
